Sound like we’re a good fit? We’ll send over your service contract so you can *officially* become a C Pinnacle client. Then, we’ll get to work researching and designing your custom itinerary. After sharing your proposal with you and incorporating your feedback, we’ll arrange every travel component for you.

Do you charge a fee for your planning services?
Yes, we request a Service Fee before we begin designing your itinerary. Our Service Fee allows us to give better, more individualized attention to our clients, since it enables us to take on fewer clients at a time. It also allows us to be less beholden to commissions from the properties and experiences we book for our clients—which means everything we recommend to a client is based on the clients’ needs and interests, not the commission level.
The exact fee differs depending on the length and complexity of your trip; we’ll share your Service Fee with you after our complimentary consultation with one another!
What is Virtuoso?
Virtuoso is the world’s leading consortia of luxury travel companies; C Pinnacle Travel is affiliated with Virtuoso through our host agency, Gifted Travel Network.
